All of our e-bikes have been independently tested and certified by internationally recognized certification bodies, ensuring compliance with the highest applicable safety and quality standards.

Canadian Street-Legal Configuration

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all e-bikes sold for use on public roads in Canada are electronically restricted to:

• Maximum continuous motor output: 500 watts
• Maximum assisted speed: 32 km/h

These restrictions are applied regardless of the motor's maximum design capability to ensure compliance with applicable Canadian federal and provincial regulations for power-assisted bicycles.

High-Power Models UNLOCKED

Certain models are capable of producing more than 500 watts of output. Where such models are unlocked by the purchaser we can not supply any unrestricted or high-output configuration, they are classified as Class 3 or off-road vehicles and are intended solely for use on private property or other locations where such use is legally permitted.

WARNING: High-output e-bikes that exceed the Canadian legal limits of 500 watts and/or 32 km/h are not street legal and must not be operated on public roads, bike lanes, sidewalks, or other public rights-of-way unless specifically authorized by applicable law.

It is the purchaser's and operator's responsibility to ensure the e-bike is configured and operated in compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations.
